Pump Operation & Overhaul

Course Description

This workshop provides training on centrifugal pumps including their design, operation, maintenance, and hands-on pump disassembly and repair.

It covers pump design, types, parts, common causes of pump failure, repair techniques, and predictive maintenance for pumps. The goal of the course is to ensure that participants understand the causes of pump failure, how to bring pumps back into operation when they fail, what they should learn from those incidents, and how to reduce the risk of future failures.

Hands on training stations will be provided for the training. Companies are encouraged to provide their specific pumps for training When Available.
