Course Description
This workshop covers OSHA's recordkeeping and reporting requirements.You'll learn the importance of OSHA recordkeeping and reporting and what actions comply with OSHA standards. We'll also review how to distinguish between recordable and non-recordable OSHA cases using the proper procedures. We'll also discuss the conditions for reporting an incident to OSHA.
Objectives
Persons successfully completing this course will be able to:
- Explain how to follow OSHA and company requirements for recordkeeping.
- Identify OSHA requirements for recordkeeping.
- Classify illnesses and injuries per 29 CFR 1904.
- Explain how to document work-related illnesses and injuries using OSHA Forms 300, 300A, and 301.
- Describe how to manage safety and health records for a job site.
